They Can Wish You a Mery Christmas!

In a previous post I very briefly explored the topic of possibly prohibited Christmas greetings.
Since then, I’ve heard of a couple campaigns to bring Christmas back into the the very stores who make a huge chunk of their yearly profits because of Christmas.
- Alliance Defense Fund Christmas Project has resources and information centered around everyone’s legal right to celebrate Christmas, whether expressed through a simple “Merry Christmas” or something as large as setting up a community Nativity display.
- The American Family Association has a list of national retailers and their treatment of Christmas.
Last year Target stopped inviting Salvation Army bell ringers at their stores. Cub Foods, another Twin Cities-based company, upped their invitation to two bell ringers at each of their stores. I understand Cub has extended the two-ringer invitation again this year. Way to go, Cub!
